Some of the most attractive properties in Antigua Village are the collection of spacious suites. The Owners’ Club offers a small selection of this highly sought after property type in each of the three Village locations, gardens, pool surround and beachfront. Our suites are available on Ground or first floor level. All are easily accessible.

Suites provide wonderful single level spacious living for two people sharing. However, most are capable of taking up to two additional children or adults. Owners often indicate in their property descriptions the maximum number of people that would be most comfortable in their property. Rates for suites are quoted on a basis of up to four people sharing. Any additional adults will be charged a supplement of US$10 per person per day. Children under twelve will be accommodated free of charge.

The average floorspace of an Antigua Village Suite is 650 sq. ft. which includes a patio of approximately 120 sq, ft.  Every suite in Antigua Village is individually owned, decorated and furnished according to the taste of the owner thus nothing is standard. However all suites have fully equipped kitchens, private bathrooms, air conditioning, direct dial telephones with voicemail and multi channel cable television.
